How We Do It

01 Consultation

Book a personal consultation, online or in our Basel atelier. We take the time to understand your wishes, your style and your story. Visiting our atelier is a beautiful experience – but not a requirement. Your Retina can be scanned by a local partner, and your design journey can also take place entirely via video call.

Design

Your personal Retina® signature, styled to your exact preference, is transformed into a lifelike 3D rendering, offering a captivating first glimpse of the jewel that will soon become exclusively yours forever.

03 Crafting

Your approved design is brought to life by our goldsmiths with precision, patience, and devotion. Within a few weeks, your one-of-a-kind creation is in your hands, ready to wear or to gift from the heart.

Your personalized 3D visualization

Before production even begins, your wedding rings start to come alive. Through our detailed 3D visualization, you can explore every element of your design — from refined surface textures and sparkling gemstones to engravings and delicate finishes. This allows you to perfect your rings exactly as you imagine them, before they are transformed into timeless masterpieces in precious metal.
