It&rsquo;s very difficult to find the right words to describe how this piece of platinum actually changed my life.<\/p>\r\n    <p>This is not a review, this is a heartfelt token of my gratitude to Stefan and his wife for making a ring that symbolises everything I&rsquo;ve longed for after a very difficult period in my life. Just to give you a bit of an insight, I&rsquo;m married to a wonderful man who became very sick a couple of years ago. That&rsquo;s when we stumbled upon RETINA\u00ae and the unique pieces Stefan makes in his tiny workshop in Basel. We immediately knew these rings, with our retina as a base for the design, were exactly what we wanted. From the first consultation, Stefan understood what we wanted and why we wanted these rings as a symbol for happiness and love. He very gently asked us more about the deeper meaning his work could have for us, and guided us through the process, respecting the emotional gravity our purchase contained.<\/p>\r\n    <p>After we had our retinas photographed, Stefan helped us design our new rings. He managed to combine our own separate eye signatures into one unique piece of jewellery. We&rsquo;re still very grateful we met Stefan, who we consider more a friend than a merchant. We kept in touch and went back for a first fitting. The moment we first slid our rings around our fingers was a moment of confirmation.
